Who is this guy?
Jason is a writer at large, which tells you nothing and also everything. A journalist by trade and education, he also writes for the screen, stage, and page. Jason’s plays and screenplays are queer comedies with heart, handling themes of chosen family and loneliness [in its many forms].
His page work includes personal essays about contemporary gay life and the hardships of modern dating. But, like, they're totally reflective and not whiny and annoying, unlike Jason in his off time.
Jason lives in New York City, which is terribly unoriginal and he’s sorry for being basic.

I’ve decided to become a writer.
Well, I’ve always been a writer.
At least a half-assed one - maybe even a third.
But I’ve decided to embrace my talents and destiny.
Funny how time and aging push you to do these types of things — when you’ve fought the universe long enough and now she’s ready to beat your ass into submission.
But I’m a little wimpy and bruise easily, so I’ll just comply now to avoid any more trouble.
